Leakproof Dak Coating
Leakproof coating paint specially formulated to prevent roof leaks from being exposed to rainwater and UV rays. With polyurethane-acrylic innovation, it can be applied to concrete, cement boards, brick walls, GRC, gypsum, glass, metal, and wood.

Manufacturing in the field of building material manufacturers and distributors, PT Adiwisesa Mandiri presents building material products AM 115 (Leakproof Dak Coating), which is effective in dealing with leaks as a Leakproof coating paint for various application areas, namely Leakproof coating paint, roofs/tiles, walls outside, glass, gypsum, and other areas exposed to UV rays.
The AM 115 product has various advantages: functioning as anti-mildew and mildew paint, elastic, and environmentally friendly.
- Exterior (example: non-concrete roof, walls, wuwungan, tile, and complex/complex corrugated roof)
- Use a roll or brush for application.
- For optimal results, apply AM 115 in 3 layers.
- Make sure the field is dry, free from holes, cracks, grease, oil, dust, dirt, and mold/mildew, and is not in the process of being repaired.
- The old surface must first be roughened with sandpaper or a concrete grinder.
- Application area humidity <4%
- To seal 1.5 mm cracks, add AM 612 Reinforcing Gauze.
- The layer thickness should not be excessive to avoid a long drying process.
- Make sure the previous coat is touch dry before applying the next coat.
- Do not come into contact with water during the drying process.
- Full curing 7 days after application.
- Store the product in a dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
